We would like to thank you for choosing the Treasure Mountain Inn for your accommodations choice while visiting the beautiful Park City! Please know that since there was additional booking of the extra night, it was unclear that this was the overlapping of the same reservation. When this occurs we do notify clients that we did require to issue you new keys for the added night. We did express our most sincerest apologies to your for what we can assure is an isolated incident. Please know that we have addressed this incident internally, and can assure that this is something that will not occur in the future.
