Summer SeasonCancellation Policy
To receive a refund on an existing reservation the guest must cancel 7 days or more prior to arrival. For qualifying reservations guest will be charge a 10% administrative fee based on the total amount of the reservation. If reservation is canceled within 7 days of arrival the reservation will be non-refundable. If guest decides to leave early after check-in, the unused nights will be non-refundable

Full payment of any activities (ski lift tickets, golf, massages, etc.) is due at the time of booking.
Cancellation, change or no-show
**Note: Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover any unforeseen events.
STAY AWHILE...since there are NO REFUNDS for late arrivals or early departures. You'll be glad you did.
PEACE OF MIND PROGRAM:
The Reservation Fee charged on your booking includes the Peace of Mind (POM) damage coverage program. POM provides up to $3,000 of coverage against accidental damage to the unit or its contents during your stay. You are encouraged, but not required, to report any accidents so they can be addressed quickly. Damage that exceeds $3,000 in value or is related to carelessness, vandalism, intentional misuse of the property, or illegal activities is not covered by the Peace of Mind program. Such costs will be your responsibility and will be charged against the credit card on file with your reservation.
AGE BEFORE BEAUTY:
21 is your lucky number. Guests younger than 21 must be accompanied by credit card-toting person of 21 years or more.
PARKING CHARGES:
Each accommodation has a maximum of one reserved parking space.
Guests who have booked a 1 Bedroom condo will only have access to the underground parking garage at the additional cost of $20.00 a night.
Guests who have booked either a Studio OR a 2 Bedroom condo will only have access to outdoor parking at the additional cost of $10.00 a night
PARTY ANIMALS BEWARE:
The party stays on Main Street! Between 10pm and 8am, we use our "inside voices only." After-hours noise disturbances will result in a not-so-friendly audience with the owner, the police and your unceremonious removal from the premises. A minimum $500 fine will accrue to the registered guest's account as well as damages.
CROWD CONTROL:
We exercise limits on the number of people in each unit & we reserve the right to add a nightly surcharge of $75/add'l person if the # of people in your party exceeds these limits. Persons on-property after the front desk closes are presumed to be staying the night. Please make arrangements at the front desk if your party increases in number. Remember what happens if your party becomes a party.
SPECIFIC PROPERTIES
Please note that all Property Requests are Requests Only and specific units are not guaranteed. In the event of a necessary, unforeseen move, Lespri reserves the right to provide alternate accommodations of equal or upgraded value at our discretion.
CLEAN AIR INITIATIVE:
Smoking is dangerous to your health...and to your wallet if you do it here. $500 will be charged for smoking in rooms or on the grounds of the Treasure Mountain Inn. This goes for the wacky tabacky too.
WE LOVE ANIMALS, BUT WE DON'T ALLOW PETS!
We discourage ivory harvests & fur coats; we are heartsick over habitat loss and other cruelties; however, we can't have your pets on-property. $500 will be charged if they are discovered here. Service animals are the exception, of course.
DON'T GET CAUGHT OUT IN THE COLD:
If your flight lands at or after 9pm, please call 800.344.2460 from the airport to avoid any middle-of-the-night consternation.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY
Lespri resorts acts as a property management and rental company for owners and accepts no liability on their behalf. We reserve the right to transfer guests to another property with the same capacity at our discretion if the unit initially reserved becomes unavailable or was sold in the meantime. Prior notification may not always be possible. Lespri Resorts cannot be held responsible for temporary interruptions of the following: electricity, telephone, water, cable service, internet service, hot tub/pool, ski-in, ski-out trail and ski slopes, snow removal, resort shuttle or any other unforeseen situation outside of Lespri Resorts control.
