We’re very sorry that several aspects of your stay fell short, especially as you’ve stayed with us before and clearly have a genuine appreciation for TMI. We sincerely apologize for the way your parking question was handled at check-in. While parking availability can be limited during busy holiday weekends, we understand that the way the information was communicated left you feeling dismissed. Regarding China Bridge, that may have been the only suitable parking option available to us at that particular time, but we completely understand your concern about the event pricing and appreciate your feedback about other alternatives that could have been communicated. We’ll be sharing this with our front desk team so that we can provide clearer, more considerate guidance to guests in similar situations. We’re particularly concerned to hear about the sharp bed frames in Room 12 and the injuries you experienced. Guest safety is extremely important to us, and we agree that the exposed corners warrant attention. We will have the bed frames inspected and look into an appropriate padding solution to help prevent this from happening again. We also apologize for the heating issue and the broken portable AC exhaust pipe. Having the heater running while you were trying to cool the room understandably made for a very uncomfortable night. We’ll have the equipment in the room checked so these issues can be addressed. We truly appreciate you mentioning that you continue to love TMI despite these frustrations. Your feedback gives us specific areas where we can do better, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide the experience you’ve come to expect from us.
