| WINTER CANCELLATION/PROPERTY POLICIES--(effective November 1 through April 30) |
*There is a $100 booking fee for each reservation canceled between the date of booking until 61 days from arrival.
*RESERVATIONS CANCELED 60 DAYS OR FEWER FROM THE DATE OF ARRIVAL WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL.
*THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR LATE ARRIVALS OR EARLY DEPARTURES.
*For our mutual protection, we add a Trip Insurance Premium to all reservations calculated at 6.5% of the statement total unless you decline it at the time of booking or prior to the final payment due date.
*LATE ARRIVAL PROCEDURES: If you will be arriving after 10pm, please call for instructions on how best to access the parking and your unit.
*ALL ROOMS ARE NON SMOKING. $500 will be charged for smoking in the room.
*PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED!!
**We exercise limits on the number of people in each unit & we reserve the right to apply a surcharge of $75/add'l person or we may insist you move to an appropriately-sized unit. Notify the front desk if your party increases in number. |
